Manager (m/f/d) Quality Assurance
Your tasks
- Establishment and management of the quality management system
- Development, administration and maintenance of the QM system according to ISO 9001:2015
- Development of audit programs, management of audit results
- Take care of compliance assurance according regulatory requirements, and quality objectives
- Creation, review and training of SOPs and other quality related procedures
- Presentation of the QM system to external and internal parties, preparation and administration of audits
Your profile
- Your background is in QM or Engineering with relevant professional experience in quality management
- Quality Management experience according to ISO 9001 and 13485
- You are experienced in working with international customer and supplier structures
- Ability to work in a team, high social and intercultural competence as well as diplomatic skills and empathy
- Confident appearance, entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, assertiveness and leadership responsibility
- You have audit experience as well as knowledge of industry-specific standards, official & legal regulations
- You are fluent in the German and English language

Your tasks
- It’s your passion to identify new applications and contact potential customers in the fields of medical diagnostics, process automation and material qualification. You acquire new customers and create new products from early conceptual discussions, requirements engineering, product- and process development throughout production and life cycle management. Strong scientific and technological background will be provided by our team of experts
- To provide guidance to our development team in customer- and market relevant aspects
- To create B2B relations around our products and services by evaluating customer inquiries and generating our bespoken product offers
- To represent INSION at customer meetings, international conferences and trade shows
Your profile
- No matter if your background is in science, technology or economics – your passion is to create innovative solutions by forming business relations.
