Leiter Fertigung Mikrospektrometer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Führung des Fertigungsteams mit Fokus auf Qualität und Termintreue
  • Produktionsplanung und Fertigungsauftragssteuerung
  • Prozessanalyse, Prozessvisualisierung, Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiter¬entwicklung
  • Spezifizierung, Ausschreibung, Implementierung und Qualifizierung von Maschinen und Anlagen
Ihr Profil:
  • Sie besitzen einen ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsstil, die Arbeit im Team macht Ihnen Freude und es gehört zu Ihren Stärken, sich selbständig in neue Aufgabenstellungen einzuarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in der Fertigungsauftragssteuerung und der Personalführung
  • Motivierende, ergebnisorientierte Mitarbeiterführung
  • hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit auf Menschen einzugehen, Kompetenz im Umgang mit Qualitätssicherungssystemen, insbes. ISO 9001
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen zur Produktionsauftragssteuerung, ideal Kenntnisse SAP, insbes. SBO
  • Sehr hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber internen/externen Partnern

Your tasks
  • Software development in the field of optical spectroscopy
  • Developing and setting up optical measurement and testing technology for our manufacturing processes
  • Product development in the field of microspectrometers and image processing
Your profile
  • You are experienced in software development in the field of optical measurement technologies and data processing
  • You have a result-oriented work style, working in a team makes you enjoy your work and it is part of your self-image to familiarize yourself independently with new tasks and to develop yourself further
  • Degree in physical engineering/physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering/ microsystems engineering or data processing
  • Application programming skills (C/C++; MS Visual Studio; .NET)
  • Experience in the field of metrology / optical metrology
  • Knowledge of 3D design (Solid Works) and optical simulation (ZEMAX)
  • You are fluent in the German and English language
